Since we/you are left with one market, we will leave it to the contact, and see ! Probably he will wait futher and see if XX can still help him on it.
Really appreciate your help ! And will advise.

Sorry xxxxxx, my other company declined so we are left with XXXXX. Let me know if you want the referral, they did say they could be competitive on pricing.

I won’t be able to assist on that one if we went with XXXXX. They did say they could beat the current price. I have one more market I can check with. Will advise ASAP.

Good Morning, xxxx, thanks, BUT I would prefer to go through you only, if it is possible. Again, it is an example of the wrong market organization of the industry. Access is somehow restricted, and no freedom of choice !

I think this will fit under our exclusive program with XXXXX however each xxxxxxxx has their own representative. I am xxxxxxx and my colleague at xxxxxx out in xx represents your xxxxxxxx. Would you be ok if I sent along your email to him and cc’d you?

Thank you xxxx.
It is a normal XXX risk, except:
- encountered a xxxxx situation last year, from a xxxxx owner, next door to a xxxxxxx he worked on, solely due to work done by the "xxxx xxxxxxx" on the xxxxxxx, not him!
- this client was also put on notice for third party xxxxx, like usual, but heard nothing further after the legal responding, and also that the "xxxx xxxxxxxx" had fixed up the xxxxx situation to the satisfcation of the neighbour.
So, to the client, nothing to do with him or his xxxxxxxxxxxx work at all. However, his broker (xxxxxx xxxx) told him his insurer declined to renew.
That's the situation!
My feeling about the case is everything normal, based all on what I was told, and (must) to be confirmed in writing by the client, even it is worth more premium than previous. The average premium, as you can see from the application, is about $x,xxx, with a x,xxx deductible.
I would suggest, due to the current hard market condition, perhaps a xx,xxx deductible, and a premium surcharge according to the standard U/W procedures.
The client is referred to me by my good client.
I like to help, but with your help of course.

It is definitely a tougher class. Do you have an application? I can go to a few insurers here (non-Lloyds) that we have exclusivities with.

Every year it was our own xxx that involved (or bothered) you.
Do you deal with the subject class of insurance? And who do you use usually? In fact, do you have anyone who is non-Lloyd's?
We may have one submission that needs your help.
Yet, if you don't usually handle, would you please refer us to someone?
Please kindly advise.
