It is a normal XXX risk, except:

- encountered a xxxxx situation last year, from a xxxxx owner, next door to a xxxxxxx he worked on, solely due to work done by the "xxxx xxxxxxx" on the xxxxxxx, not him!

- this client was also put on notice for third party xxxxx, like usual, but heard nothing further after the legal responding, and also that the "xxxx xxxxxxxx" had fixed up the xxxxx situation to the satisfcation of the neighbour.

So, to the client, nothing to do with him or his xxxxxxxxxxxx work at all. However, his broker (xxxxxx xxxx) told him his insurer declined to renew.

That's the situation!

My feeling about the case is everything normal, based all on what I was told, and (must) to be confirmed in writing by the client, even it is worth more premium than previous. The average premium, as you can see from the application, is about $x,xxx, with a x,xxx deductible.

I would suggest, due to the current hard market condition, perhaps a xx,xxx deductible, and a premium surcharge according to the standard U/W procedures.

The client is referred to me by my good client.
