(6) Well said! Many senior peers have also said the same thing before. But nobody listens. In fact, their own people don't listen either! Why? It is systemic! It is by design! It is all because of its old traditional Insurance Industrial Organization and 'Business Model'!

Thanks again, Xxxxx. I read your email again. Thank you for telling me to just tolerate and adapt to change. But what I meant to say was, it is change that produced no change that are both horrible and terrible! It seems it is something hereditary!
I think, now is time to do real change, with Insurtech technologies. Your President said about similar things, per attached. In fact, many senior peers in our industry said about the same thing before too. But how come still nothing and never changed? As if it is all just empty talk and no action! And no change!

All because of people and situations I described in my correspondence to you!

I just want to share with you.

All the Best!

Thanks,Xxxxx. We stood up to it. And we will change it, our way. Through more difficulties. Why should we tolerate and adapt, when we know it is something bad? And we are still very positive, despite we might have to counter more negatives and all the negatives initially, and all the way. Until we can pronounce victory (success) at the end, and this industry has changed to what it should be!

All the Best!

Hello Xxxxxx,

Happy New Year to you as well.

Yes, change can sometimes be more difficult depending on the circumstances. The trick is to embrace the change, be optimistic and evolve with it. At least that has been my experience so far in life.

Not everything is in our control, dealing with illnesses of staff or family, weather, technology to name a few. We have to be able to adapt where adaptation is necessary, and sometimes we need to stand up and lead the way through difficult times. Sometimes doing nothing is not the best path. Some times it is. The trick is knowing when to do what.

We have to work together to weather some of the obstacles that are faced in the industry, I suspect things are just going to continue and the pace increases as the months come along.

Thank you so much for your support Xxxxxx, I hope xxxx has us all happy, healthy and with a positive outlook!

Kind regards,
Xxxxx

Subject: [E!] About change

Hi, Xxxxx,

I remember in our lunch, you mentioned change was good, which I agreed and have no objection. But what worries me is, what if change is in form and shape only, but not in essence, and things just stay the same and carry on, if not even worse, and in fact with bad chaos and turmoils impacting on us!

And that's what we have experienced recently with your company!

Please allow me not to go into too much details!

Xxxx suddently left, and our assigned underwriter went on a sudden long leave of absence, and that left us to deal with some important renewals which were "handled" by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, as she initiated!

Now that everything has been settled and resolved, I just want to write to you and comment about change!

Is insurance business supposed to do good, or do harm? Or simply do nothing!

Best Wishes for xxxx!
